We pay great attention to the way we pack our candles for travel, we work so hard to make them, ensuring their safe travel is important to us.
BUT We cannot be held responsible for damages occurred by other parties once the parcel has left us.
Should you receive a damaged item, you will need to pay the postage to return the item for a refund or replacement.
