Shipping & Returns
Shipping is a fixed rate of $9.95 Nationwide.
Most parcels are sent within 24-48 hours of ordering via Courier or Auspost depending on location.
Choice of courier/postal service is at our digression. All parcels (excluding small items sent in satchels) are sent with a Signature On Delivery Request. If you would like to have it left, please add ATL (Authority To Leave) or brief specific instructions in your cart comments.
All orders are updated with tracking details and emailed, so please check your junk folder & add us to your address book.
Some products are custom poured and require up to a week, this is noted in their product description.
Missing & delayed parcels - in the first instance, please use the tracking details provided to contact the courier transporting your parcel, there you will find options to re-deliver, change instructions and more.
Damages - don't happen often but are part of the risk in us sending fragile items. We heavily protect all parcels but sometimes they have a rough journey.
Fastway, Couriers Please, TNT, Hunter Express - If your items are damaged, to honour any claim, we need the following info within 48hrs of delivery:
Photo of the damaged goods, packaging & shipping label. This is passed to our courier company to assess. Once approved, we will send replacement items.
AUSTRALIA POST - If your parcel was sent via Auspost, you need to make the claim, we cannot do it on your behalf unfortunately. We try to avoid sending with Auspost for this reason, however, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Remote areas require Australia Post. You will still need to retain the packaging to prove we packed it sufficiently (which we do).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days.
Returned goods must be in un-used condition (unless deemed faulty) with packaging and order number included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing upon receipt of the returned items and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
